Because supplies are purchased in advance, all event purchases and tickets are final; however, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if your plans change.
CANCELLATIONS ON OUR END: If you have purchased a ticket and we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you by email and send you a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
