Terms & Conditions
- Vendor fees are $35 per date and expected to be paid upfront for the chosen dates.
This will secure your spot as spaces are limited – a payment link will be sent separately upon application approval. Cancellations will not be refunded. - Set up is at 9am, food trucks can be set up until 5pm but you can leave earlier if desired.
- Wifi will be available.
- You must be self sufficient for power, electricity will not be provided for food trucks.
- Vendors are responsible for accepting their own sales.
- All vendors selling food products and baked goods must abide by government health and safety regulations.
- You are responsible for your own insurance, our insurance does not cover individual vendors.
- Devan Greenhouses Ltd. is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged product.
- Devan Greenhouses Ltd. has the right to reject any vendor if not suitable for garden centre clientele, is not family friendly, or deemed unprofessional in any way.
- Devan Greenhouses Ltd. has the right to cancel any date due to unforseen circumstances (refunds will be made as needed).
